Authorized use only
Technical accessibility is not permission to copy.
KodeBack can make deployed client software substantially easier to inspect and recover. That capability is available only for owned or explicitly authorized work.
The boundary
Bring the right to inspect before you bring the artifact.
KodeBack is intended for software that the operator owns or is explicitly authorized to inspect, capture, assess, recover, migrate, refactor, or test.
- Do not copy or commercialize another party’s software without authorization.
- Do not bypass access controls, licensing controls, DRM, or anti-cheat systems.
- Do not extract credentials, secrets, private user data, or restricted content.
- Do not impersonate another product or retain protected branding and assets without permission.
- Do not conceal the source or purpose of an unauthorized recovery.
A recovery engagement may require written confirmation of ownership or authorization. Kalu Kode may refuse work when the authorization, purpose, data handling, or legal boundary is unclear.
Customers remain responsible for obtaining appropriate legal advice and rights.
Take the next step
If the boundary is unclear, stop there first.
The public assessment form asks for authorization context before sensitive materials are requested.
